*Customer Satisfaction Policy** 

At Glamour Nails and Spa, your happiness is our top priority! We truly want you to enjoy every aspect of our service. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to let our friendly receptionist know before you leave the salon. Should any concerns arise after you’ve gone, simply reach out to us within 72 hours of your visit. We’re here to help, and any necessary repairs will be completed within 48 hours of your call. While we’re always committed to serving you, we can be flexible when special circumstances arise.

**Refund Policy** 

We stand behind the quality of our work and believe in making things right. Once a service is completed, we don’t offer refunds or credits, but if you find any aspect unsatisfactory right after your service, please let us know immediately! We’ll gladly redo the service at no extra charge because we want you to love your nails. If you’re still not completely satisfied after we’ve reassessed your nails and wish to request a refund, please follow our Customer Complaint Procedure. We kindly ask you to share your reasons for dissatisfaction along with a photo for our review.

**Complimentary Fix** 

Think of your nails as precious jewels— with a little TLC, they can shine beautifully for weeks! Our gel polish manicures come with a 5-day guarantee, while our dipping and nail enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days post-appointment. If you notice any chipping or lifting during this period, give us a call, and we will schedule a complimentary fix using your original color. All repairs should be completed within 48 hours after your contact. For repairs needed beyond the guarantee period due to breakages, tears, or corner breaks, please be aware that there may be a small charge. Please note that traditional polish services are not covered by this guarantee.

**Child Safety Policy** 

We understand that parents deserve some relaxation time, and we appreciate your efforts to bring your little ones along! To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience in our salon, we kindly ask that all children be supervised at all times. If you need to bring a young child, please ensure they have supervision from another caregiver. While we can’t provide childcare services, we love having children here as long as they’re safe and content. Young children in carriers or strollers should remain away from the service areas, and please save running or loud play for outside! If you bring a tablet for them, headphones are appreciated so that all our guests can enjoy their time. We also request that adults using devices keep their volumes down to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. After your child’s service, we kindly ask you to continue supervising them. Thank you for your understanding!

**Pet Policy** 

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that no animals come into the salon, with the exception of service dogs displaying official “Service Animal” vests.

**Pricing** 

 We want to keep you informed that our service prices may vary. We encourage you to check our current pricing before making any decisions to ensure you have the most accurate information

**Gift Card Policy** 

Gift cards from Glamour Nails and Spa are a thoughtful present, but please remember they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We also want to remind you that we can’t be responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards, and balances can’t be returned or exchanged. Treat yourself or someone special!

**Belongings Policy** 

While we strive to keep everything safe, we kindly ask that you take care of your personal items during your visit. We’re not responsible for any damage or loss to your belongings, so please check that everything is as you wish before you leave.

**Regular Polish Policy** 

If you’re opting for regular polish, please hand the bottle of your choice to your nail technician. If any bottles are broken, a small surcharge of $10 will apply.

**Right to Refuse Service** 

We want everyone to enjoy their time at our salon, and to ensure a pleasant environment, we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary. This may include situations involving drug or alcohol use, inappropriate language or behavior, any form of harassment, or contagious conditions. We want a safe and welcoming space for all!

**Medical Conditions** 

For medical issues like ingrown nails, we recommend consulting a podiatrist. Please keep us informed of any special medical concerns, such as diabetes or allergies, before receiving services. Your health and safety are important to us!
